You are invited to the United Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for Wednesday 23rd November 2022 at 6:30pm on Zoom.
The AGM is a statutory/governance meeting – to reflect on what has been achieved over the past year, review the financial results and vote on any nominations to the United Committee. There is also an opportunity for Q&A.
All parents and swimmers are encouraged to attend. Voting at the AGM is exercised by the parent of the swimmer unless the swimmer is over 18 years. Specific details are on the AGM notice.
We are keen to get some new representation on the United Committee (or outside of the Committee on particular projects) – more representation from the younger squads would be ideal.
