United Swimming Club (“United”) is a non-profit incorporated society that was established in November 2002. United is affiliated to Swimming NZ (“SNZ”) and Auckland Swimming Association (“ASA”).
The rules of the club were altered and approved by members at the Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2008 The rules of the club provide for the club to have a managing committee (“the Committee”) and comprises the President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Handicapper and other positions as the club shall decide.
