United Swimming Club offers a complete pathway for swimmers—from the early stages of competitive swimming through to senior competitive and fitness squads. Our comprehensive programme has earned us a strong reputation as one of New Zealand’s leading swimming clubs.
Based in central Auckland, United Swimming Club provides swimmers with access to experienced and dedicated coaches across conveniently located facilities. Our training environments include both 25-metre and 50-metre heated indoor pools, and we’re proud of our strong family community, which supports the club on a fully voluntary basis.
Our coaching team is led by Andy McMillan, an experienced and respected coach who brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Andy has worked with several clubs across New Zealand and is best known for his time as Head Coach at North Shore Swimming Club. Under his guidance, our coaching staff—many of whom have excelled in competitive swimming themselves—offer expert instruction from junior squads through to high-performance competitive levels. They understand the commitment required and are dedicated to helping every swimmer reach their full potential.
